so i looked under the hood and took quite a few things apart myself today. BOV is turbosmart kompact plumb back and seems to be opening and closing as designed. Crawford AOS is connected correctly. Serpentine belt is not slipping. No boost leak either everything is secured. called Vortech as well and was told the impeller is very simple mechanism either it spins or it doesn't spin. Since its newly rebuilt it shouldn't be the problem either. So i am confused AF right now what else could be possibly wrong? could the intercooler be screwed up or something else?
