So I've only been on here for a few weeks but I am sure this is only happening while I'm on this site. I don't see anybody else complaining so I don't know what to think here. There are missing pixels in a line like this:

I will jump around to other sites and the are fine when this happens. After a few minutes or seconds sometimes, the site will be back online. I even tried
https://isitup.org/ once when it started happening and it said the site was offline. The missing pixel thing is happening as I type this right now.
