Futaba: 1) i would suggest square wheel setup, NOT staggered like you plan, to not ruin handling/braking and loose possibility to rotate tires. Everything on this car is tuned for wheels of same size, no sense in breaking what's good in it applying setup from cars with different suspension & brake bias tuning.
2) Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires is nice choice on many accounts. Preferably not too wide (see no sense in >225), if your car still is NA, not forced induction. In this case i wouldn't go for too wide rims too. As sideeffect - not too wide wheels and tires will weight less, so won't hurt too much acceleration/suspension work.
