I wouldn't use that clamp for the following reasons.
1. I wouldn't want the sharp edges to cut the hanger donut, possibly causing failure.
2. I wouldn't want to tighten or loosen a hose clamp that hasn't got a hex head to use a socket on. Since I can use a flex extension to get into tight spaces.
3. Nobody's going to look at it, so why not use a zip tie? It's easy to install, just pull tight and trim. It's easy to remove, just stab it with something sharp.
4. Zip ties are much cheaper than hose clamps.
5. The short pieces of fuel line are rubber, so they can flex with the donuts, then push back into alignment. You can set it once and forget it.
