airjonny , don't get me wrong, I agree with you a 2.3 Toda stroker N/A is a great setup, but for instance the 2.1 HKS stroker is only there to compliment a S/C setup ... regardless, there is no such thing as "strokers are BS".
There is always better hp to the $ solution, trust me i know that, for what I've thrown in my BRZ i could have bought a R35 ... but you know what ? I would do it over again the same, because it is just awesome, and it is "my car"
the way i wanted it, and it is as respectable as someone else's who would like it stroked with a 2.3 N/A, or even bone stock ! what counts is the pleasre , We, You, I do get driving it , nothing about what some random guy think is "the best".
It is not about how much you spend, what matters is what you want to achieve, yes you could do much more for much less with something else, but it would be "something else".
Strokers work great, and its just the beginning on this platform ... as always haters will hate.
I work very closely with the most famous and competent tuning shops in Japan, they know their shit, and when I see the Runduce monster 86 on the fuji, let me tell you, yes Strokers do work ...
SCREEN is now buidling a 2.3 Toda N/A setup dedicated to track, I will document that as soon as it is finished, it will be a beast as well.
