Have you seen evidence of our injectors/heads under even heavy E85 use before? It's pretty encouraging that we don't need to Seafoam or otherwise tamper with our maintenance schedule by and large. FA20 turning out to be a good engine

Honestly, its more habit than reasoned. It's not exactly expensive, though not cheap either really I guess.. Anyways, it cannot hurt I don't think, and it may help. I haven't had issues running tanks with an entire bottle of Seafoam. IIRC one was on 93 and the other was on e85. Running 93 right now.
I won't make any claim at all that I would think you need to add motor treatment at all, but I did it both times while helping with my dads car (corvette around 180k) and my girlfriends car (acura rsx with issues......, around 120k)
