DevSport's site does not mention that, and actually states that it is designed for the stock bumper and that it "is pre-drilled to match all oem mounting holes along the bottom of the bumper. All cutouts are made for the use of all clips and mounting points for installing all oem components."
For the winglets they note that two holes need to be drilled, but not for the splitter.

There are two holes near the front middle that don't match up to bumper holes. I went ahead and drilled and added more bolts with some spacers just for more mounting spots for security.

How do you like the quality? The splitter is ABS while the winglets are aluminum. How thick is the splitter? I assume it is solid ABS.
Did it come with install instructions? Also, did you have to remove the wheels for the splitter install or just for the winglets? And is the install hardware decent?

The splitter is pretty damn thick, like 1/3" thick maybe 1/2". Its pretty solid, but does bend.
No install instructions. I did remove the wheels so I had extra space to pull up the fender. The bolts are long so the extra space does help. The hardware/bolts are decent.
