I absolutely agree. That's why my car is bone stock and will stay that way. I was satisfied off the showroom floor and laugh at all these idiots who knew the motor was adequate at best and entered into the deal knowing they would have to do what you just described to get the power where they wanted it.

Now, as far as the more power argument. I don't think it needs any more power. The torque dip is arguably worth correcting, but I've learned to drive around it quickly. This is a sporty everyday car with some bite and I love it. If doing whatevr you want to do to it makes it better for you, by all means, proceed. I might think whatever you did is stupid, but it's not my car and as much as I don't care what others think about what I do, I don't expect nor suggest you should care what I think about what you're doing.

My buddy laid it out yeterday when I asked him if a turbo kit I am looking at for the GT-R was good he texted back "it's your money."
