Ferrera Make some nice Valves Springs and retainers, I will probably go that route.
ON a stock engine yes springs are a must, others have shimmed the stock springs for more seat pressure prior to aftermarket options being available,

Plans are 1mm over valves, Cams, Springs, retainers, TINY port work, these head flow almost perfect from the factory. You can look in the intake port and see the back of the valve, it is almost a straight shot so the flow is good.

I will also be looking at the Rockers as they have been a problem.
