Actually, 2 cars are well appreciated, and one being "a beater" I don't mind parking anywhere, door dings, hauling dirt (literally - doing a garden project and need to buy 4-5 bags this weekend), etc.
Also need a wagon. Hauling music gear, or large items etc. Now if they made a new WRX Wagon, I could consider that.

You don't. :P That said, its just a thread and I value others' opinions. Maybe someone had an STi and can comment on the pros/cons compared to the BRZ first hand. Its nice to make an informed decision and "polling the forum" is a good "2nd opinion". I still love the BRZ, but some aspects of the car do not fit my needs. At the same time I can't think of another car that offers the same connection between driver and car - at least not in this price range.
