Yeah, drive to VA or MD.
Close to the track, there is a really good BBQ place, but is in a gas station. They do the catering for most NASA events at Summit.
There are restaurants and a casino in Charles Town called Hollywood Casino with strip clubs around if you are into that sort of thing.
