In that case, don't even worry about spacers for your OEM wheels. 18x8.5 +42 is pretty damn flush up front to begin with. To achieve the same flushness in the rear you would need a 10mm spacer. You can't do a bolt-on 10mm spacer because there won't be enough thread contact to hold everything together, which means you'll need longer wheel studs. Mach V's spacers come with ARP studs, which are the proven solution for wheel studs.
