I asked a similar question on here a month or so back. The conclusion we came to was that there really wasn't a cost effective way to get red stock belts. We had found one company that had made red stock belts, but it was a one-off type deal and would have cost well over $2k to get a full set made.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I really want red belts too, just no good way to do it with the stock belts right now.
