It seems like the engine is running a touch lean? 11.25AFR at WOT?

Its actually running Rich over about 6400 its pegged at 11.25 which is the rich limit of the 02 sensor scaling so its might be even richer than that.

As per the OL Fuel table below should be around 11.7 over 6400.

you could fix it with maf scaling but its not really going to hurt anything.

low afr numbers = richer

their is virtually no knock in either of those logs
