I'm interested in this as well. Specifically as it relates to the Setrab 15 Row Series 9 and the 19 Row Series 6. I've attached some specs below for each cooler from this page:

I'm new to modifying and appreciate the expertise/education I receive here.
My research has found that the Setrabs cores are the one of the best out there and the Mocal sandwich T-Stat plate is good too.
So have I really disadvantaged myself by grabbing parts for a DIY Oil Cooler system with proven parts?
