In before " But the LeMans cars and F1 paddles are not the same, they are dual clutch autos...." They may not be mechanically the same but the premise is the same: A computer shifts faster, consistent and more accurate than any human can and it allows the driver to concentrate on other things.
I forgot how fast the FRS auto tranny changes gears. Wasn't it something like 200ms?
