Imho 5x114 wheels are way more common, and given pcd convertors being narrow niche products as they are, i doubt there being much of an business case to make 5x100>5x120 one. Best bet if you absolutely must fit those wheels imho is making custom PCD changers. But by then question rises if there are any savings on not buying normal direct fit wheels set in first place.
P.S.
I wouldn't do staggered tire setup on twins to not ruin handling. And even if forced induction is installed, it's worth up tire width in square setup instead of just rear for same keeping handling balance purpose.
