This is false! All the test dyno does at the factory is to make sure all systems are working as designed, and most that is done with the engine cold (I.e no spark or gas). They literally only cold run them for a few seconds. When they are in the car they get ran for couple of minutes at the end of an assembly line to make sure emission systems are functioning correctly. This is not a Ferrari where there actually put an engine on the dyno. Please inform your self before spreading this crap. It doesn't matter if it's a lawn mower or a new sports car, they all require a break in, to heat treat the aluminum and to help the parts to "wear" into each other for maximum efficiency, and longevity.
