Traction control kicking in on front ?

Something weird is happening. This happened after installing my wheels. I'll give as much info as I can to see if anyone can help me identify the issues.

Wheels: 18x9+35 squared.
Tires: 245/40/18 and 265/35/18 in the rear.

The issue: At high speed turns.......

example: a round-about exit off a highway or on-ramp. Let's say I am traveling about 65 or 70mph and I go turn into the turn. It's not like a crazy sharp turn where I should the trac control to go off. I am talking about a turn that makes the steering wheel barely move. the moment my steering wheel travels even just a quarter of the way all of a sudden the traction control lights up, and the car makes a really weird mechanism. Almost like the outer most front wheels' ABS kicks in.. What gives?

Btw it happened on stock suspension and its happening on Coilovers. Never happened on stock wheels even at 100mph.
