My issue with the film is he led me to believe that the LEDs wouldn't over power the film which they do 100%
As far as the plug goes it's this end that's screwed up, not the end that I had to assemble
His plug is on backwards. It needs to be rotated 180*

I'm not trying to put down the business or anything. I just want to be treated fairly. I don't want to have to drive all the way to Ottawa for his (or his supplier's) mistake. I don't want to come off the wrong way when I call or email him. I just want my $200 fog lights to work
