For 70$ us I expected it to be prettyplug and play but instead the light bulb connector seemed too big the wires just came with wire taps instead of a connector. The film is a pain in the ass to put on honestly. The film is very thick and hard to work with.
I could have just cut the plug that's on the cars harness, and cut the plug on the jumper to make it work. But it's still a pretty new car in excellent condition. I don't want farmer style work done to it.
I would seriously like a refund on my film, and I'd very much like him to ship me a new jumper. Is this reasonable?
