You chose the most generic wheels possible. RPF-1s. In a boring offset and a boring color.
You chose a generic 1"-1.5" drop.
You chose a generic Kraftwerks SC kit, not something exotic and interesting.
Your spoiler both says and does nothing.
Your Enkei sticker puts me to sleep.
Your car is the Old Navy of 86's.
Your car isn't tasteful.
It's boring.
This is what someone that builds aggressively styled cars might think of your car.
Do you see how this works?
These are not my personal feelings. I think you chose a classic understated functional style. I get the look. My car has similar understated mods and styling.
Still, people who build cars as rolling art would probably think that cars like ours are unoriginal and uninteresting if they shared your logic. That wouldn't be cool. Or maybe it would be. In any case, you didn't build your car for them and they didn't build their cars for you. Their styling choices don't bring down what we built or our "scene" or the group of people we roll with. Just as our "boring"/"tasteful" cars don't bring down their "gaudy"/"wicked" ones either.
