I think the idea is clever: an FR-S being used for a ride service (something like Uber or Lyft). When they get to the passenger's destination, it's just not enough and off they go again! I've noticed lately a push to broaden the appeal of the FR-S among non-sports car enthusiasts, which is a good trend if we want to see the brand survive more than a few years.
The lease tie-in means that, if successful, there ought to be some used FR-S's available in 2-3 years for cheap. It's all good.
