Coils worth having will be just shy of $2k to... well, more. Front bbk will be close, but more if you stay stock in the back and properly keep the same leads all around. If you're willing to shop used, you can save.
What are you doing with the car though? This seems to be a looks/bragging rights build? BBK isn't needed unless you're tracking, coils might better be springs (unless you're going with wheels that will needed the clearance)...
At any rate, this looks like it scales well beyond 2k every year, with the possible exception of this year of you're doing the STI parts as knockoffs.
You may want better tires with a good coilover.
Seems a very ad hoc list to me, but maybe not - depends what your plans are.
