As for the other driver, and what he/she attempted to do (cutting across a double yellow line, crossing multiple lanes of traffic, on a busy road), I see it much too often. There is no second thought of, "
hey I could be dead in the next 2 seconds because there are 2 ton heavy things coming at me"... they just think,
"damn, I need to get over there, NOW!" I swear it never used to be this way, and it's getting worse on a daily basis.
