I had ordered an APR wing from THMotorsports back in 02/04/15, not knowing that all their wings are made to order, which I can understand. And that's fine. They told me it takes 2 business days to make it, so I said ok that's fine. I didn't get the wing until 02/21/15 and it was shipped directly to the shop that was making the risers for my car. I just got the car back Monday. I asked the shop if they had the end plates to the wing and that's when they informed me that none came with the shipment.

I emailed APR and they told me since THMotorsports is not a direct vendor for their product, then I would have to have them speak to whoever they ordered it from.

THMotorsports comes back and tells me that since it's been out of the time window of 30 days that they can't do anything about it. Spent $1200 on a wing and I can't even get all the pieces for it! THAT. IS. AWESOME.

I shop with THM all the time and I normally get great service and great prices. But this instance has really pissed me off because 1) They kept telling me it would take 2 days for APR to make the wing, and it didn't get shipped until 02/17.. What was going on in the 10 days? Set realistic expectations up front. 2) It finally arrives and not all the pieces are there. I had no way of knowing since I'm not at the shop. I'm the customer. 3) An issue arises and I get no solution to my problem except that they can't do anything about it.
