have a look at your long term fuel trims LTFT across the rpm band, it will change but high fuel trims in lower rpm bands like 10% can indicate intake\exhaust leaks
I found the culprit it's my headers it's leaking from an elbow something like white fussy paper type looking thing. On the passenger side changing the transmission oil today I looked into that and when it was gassed it blue out some air from there not alot but enough to call it a leak it's going in on Monday so they can find out what it is but I will tell then so they can get right into it.
