The more capable a car is, the slower it feels. I think it's because it generally takes more speed or g-force for it to feel like you're "pushing it" on "on the edge." Whereas in a less capable car, it doesn't take much to feel like you're pushing it or on the edge.

Highway cruising at 70mph in a 1000hp GT-R feels like you are literally crawling.
