I owned an 08 WRX for 4 years before I got a STI then the BRZ. I test drove the 2015 WRX, and I'll say that for values of WRX, the redesign is amazing.

The steering is not at all as nice-feeling as the BRZ's (it's also a higher ratio, so not as quick, so the steering wheel feels lighter), but the actual response of the car in suspension and power is great. The twin scroll makes power come on much earlier than in earlier WRX's, and the suspension improvements are on-par with the BRZ's factory suspension (though it'll feel softer, but in terms of keeping the car on the road and not rolling too hard, there's where you see how well it's improved).

In short, it's a GREAT car. Not as enjoyable as the BRZ, but it certainly moves and reacts way better than any WRX before it.
