Totally late on the reply, but yes they usually do on smaller / back roads. We have "turnouts", small sections of road that let someone pull over easily so that more agile cars can pass by.
It doesn't always happen though, like the mini-van that took a few turns to realize I could keep up
Anyways, I haven't done a whole lot to the car recently as I've been pretty content with it. Finally getting my Raceseng Slammer and have an FI setup planned!
