And the trolls are already arriving... *sigh* just ignore them OP, this thread will get a lot of heat because "stance is dumb" and "lowering your car makes it trash rice"

I don't have any experience with BC but I've heard of questionable quality. As far as how low... if you can get extreme low, do it since you can always raise it up. I run Stance(the brand) coils at full drop and I tuck lightly stretched 225/45/18s about 3/4 inch. Be aware at that fitment and drop you may rub. When you hit a big bump you will rub your liner. Also you'll want fully adjustable arms in the back or you won't get your alignment right. My trailing arms are NOT adjustable and my caster is way off(space between front of fender and tire is not the same as rear of same fender). I don't have an exact drop distance for you(and you won't find someone who will give you an answer) but that's the info I have. If you want to know more or get a pic of my setup PM me
