As for the Red Bull cars FIA is changing one of their scrutineering procedures as apparently Red Bull cars found some way to dynamically change their front wings or ride height in a way that the FIA doesn't like. (ie: no one else figured it out and complained to the officials)

lmao thats the only reason the rules ever get changed, other teams complaining about other teams ie:
team manager: how are they so much faster than us?
team engineer: i dont know, theyve figured out how to make the front wing flex alittle more
team manager: hmmmm. they must be cheating. i'll go have a talk to the FIA
