what i do: when i wash my car, i roll the windows all the way down and take a microfiber between the weatherstrips (inner and outer) and wipe dry - fixes that and those two ugly vertical lines that appear all the EFFING time.

The TSB is only valid for vins up to June 14. Ones made after that already have the changed seals and rollers straight from the factory.
