Ignition timing will vary with load,throttle position rpm ect their are heaps of maps in play you need to log a lot of inputs to see whats going on.

have a look at your long term fuel trims LTFT across the rpm band, it will change but high fuel trims in lower rpm bands like 10% can indicate intake\exhaust leaks
