HunterGreene said, I'd take the oil changes in a second, particularly if you plan on keeping the car "forever" as you said. That could be way more valuable then a new set of wheels. Be sure to get it in writing though.
This is really generous on the part of the dealer given that it has nothing to do with the dealership since the perpetrator was not on company business.
