Elbow greese and time.. it took me about 30-45 mins to clean it all off. I just used goo gone and my fingernails and the Vegas sun in the summer.

Plastic razor blades.. exactly what it sounds like, a razor blade but plastic, so you can scrap off stuff like this with out marking the paint to bad. Unless you just got confused from his spelling? We used them all the time in the body shop i worked at, the rubber disc to remove pin stripes took longer then most times just using the sun and a plastic blade.
