Grrr... I did get a good baseline of what's fast this year from last weekend. We had 140 cars and 240+ cars at each event. The cars with Bridgestones, Rival S, and even Star Specs were quite a bit faster, though I actually pax'd about where I did most of the time last year.
A few great drivers still did well enough to win on last year's crop though.
I'm with you on the feeling about getting it right, even on my RS3v2s. I'll give my RS3v2s at least one more event before I write them off because though our CS times this weekend were beaten by A-FS cars on Bridgestones, none of them had course cleaning duty in the slightly colder first heat (on partially sealed/partially crumbling lot).
