Heard back from Toyota and they are logging the incident and passing it on, but without a current TSB fix on it they don't have a solution. Basically I need to take it in sometime and replicate it and then they will get the regional guy involved, from there it goes higher up into Toyota.
The more people that call or email Toyota the better chance they realize it is not a isolated incident. However not that help with the full pump issue that is more widely noted.

I go in around July for an oil change, I will try and get a little further then, and update with any new info, if any.
