I understand heat expansion but it would have to be less than a .010 of a inch probably less than.001 in reality if it did some crazy expansion that it would take to damage anything the motor would leak oil and coolant like a siv. Head gaskets would blow everytime it got hot and the bearings would fall out so I cant see that being a factor. Im not trying to be disrespectful or take a jab at you Im just putting my opinion out there

After reading your post about 10 times I realized your talking about the header ports moving not the engines that I can buy into to some degree..
