Went for a spin in the dealers brz today.

Pro's: god, was it stable in the one good turn I had.

Con's: god, did it feel slow at all times.

He told me to drive it however I would. I gave it a little more and he told me "No... drive it for real, man."

I gave it all. Bounced it off the rev limiter a few times making pulls. I was able to take one good turn as hard as I could with all the speed I could muster and that really was on a whole different level of handling I've never experienced. So stable. I didn't even feel my weight shift in the car. That point made me really say "this really is a GREAT handling car."

I really would need to go f/I immediately for it to be "enough".... if it was good and fast out of the gate I wouldn't think twice. Take my money.

For the money it costs vs the money I make right now... I think I'm going to go a bit cheaper and save myself the trouble. Another year or two in the fwd tuner scene is where I'm going to stay for now I think.

I'll be watching the deprecation like a hawk. If these come down a considerable amount by next season, then who knows. More money saved up... more on the used market... after market prices come down a bit.... we'll see. Just not the right time for me.
