Correct - our radiator core gets plenty of airflow at speed without the assistance of a fan. The purpose of the fan is to keep intake air temperatures down in applications that see periods of hot idling followed immediately by heavy throttle application, such as dragstrip launching or drift events - scenarios where vehicles see boost and elevated engine speeds before a fanless radiator has sufficient airflow (and time) to provide effective cooling. We realize that not all vehicles will see this scenario, which is why the fan is an optional add-on in the kit.
