The paint on the door and the trunk look good, but driving 500km to get service would not ease my frustration. I know i may have some bad luck but my car came back with a broken window trim

Its no big deal, but it is when I'm spending this much money, km, and time....
I even asked the scion manager to paint my new TRD spoiler for all the inconvenience, and you guys couldn't even cover that. As a customer with 4 toyota's from the same dealership, this is embarrassing.
