Free when you do it yourself. It's always been street tuned (even with the turbo it was), which has always been free for me. Parts get cheaper to as you pick up sponsors. My next turbo Setup is coming way by partial sponsorship.
My new setup w/tune though I'm actually going to get it dyno tuned since I'll be running 50/50 meth injection with it, and I don't know much in the workings of that yet.
