Just saw a white frs with Tustin dealer plate frame, HID headlights, OEM wheels , black trunk, black hood, black side fender, and black wrapped roof entering 15 south somewhere around Ontario / Norco (2nd or 6th Street) around 6:51am on Wednesday APRIL 15. Caucasian make driver with brown hair in his 30s or 40s. You zigzag your way above 85mph and I can't caught up to you with my Corolla lol:
