The car is running on E85 and the DW700cc injectors i had has been removed and cleaned, but not the other 4. Could this be an issue that makes the car not wanna start?

As the first guy said that code is generic just means engine did not start despite repeated starting attempts
Sounds like your boosted ?, assume you injector scaling has been adjusted in tune to suit uprated injectors ?
hopefully the e85 in the tank was sealed and not open to atmosphere to absorb water while car was repaired.
check maf sensor is clean and no insects built nest or something on sensor
