Saw an OEM WEB BRZ with no front plate and with spoiler entering 71 north from Chino Hill Parkway and then merged onto 60 east around 3:11pm in Chino Hills on Tuesday APRIL 14. Caucasian male in his 20s or 30s with black facial hair:
