Not sure how far north of the Mediterranean you can find them, but I had them in Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Portugal, and Andorra... Tried to find which country/city had the best kebabs, and the verdict was Valencia Spain and Paris France.
