For something that small, some swirl-x on a cloth will shine it up in a few seconds.
I just did something similar to a dime sized patch, wet-sanding + swirl-x and an old microfiber had it glossy and blended back in perfectly in about 15 seconds of rubbing.
What grit did you use? 2000 wet is very easy to get the paint back to where it should be.
