Should only take about 30 mins of driving in my experience. Are you sure you didn't hit the throttle while the engine started right after flashing? You typically have to give it a minute to idle or you mess up the throttle response. Otherwise, reflash the tune you want (no need to go stock first) then turn on ignition (no start) hit gas 20 times in quick succession, turn off ignition, turn on again (no start), hit gas 20 times again, then start ignition.
