Looks like a matte black plasti dip with some kind of metal flake in it. I'd defiantly say all the orange bits are dip just because the lug nuts are orange as well. Getting the whole car covered with bed liner would not be cheap, and other than the goofy color scheme, lambo doors, some lighting, and a debadging it looks stock.
